Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues — if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@urbancoat.store with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns — return shipping costs and destination vary by product. Contact us at support@urbancoat.store and we'll coordinate the return process for you.

Exchanges — the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds — once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
