30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@urbancoat.store with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the following model withdrawal form (not mandatory):
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], received on [date], ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs for right-of-withdrawal returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@urbancoat.store with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no cost to you.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
